Median value of bank evaluation (€/m²) by NUTS-2024 geography and type of construction

The median value in euros per square metre that banks put on housing when appraising it for a mortgage, for all dwellings, flats and villas separately, monthly from January 2011, from Statistics Portugal's survey on bank evaluation on housing. This is a lender's valuation figure, not a price anyone actually paid, so it is kept strictly separate from the registered-sale series. Where a municipality or dwelling type has too few cases to publish, the value is confidential and left empty rather than filled in.
