This notice explains how personal data submitted through the consultation funnel is processed, under GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), Article 13.

Data controller

Personal data you submit through the consultation form — your name, your contact details and the purchase details you provide — is collected and stored solely to respond to your enquiry; you can reach us about it at [email protected]. The formal legal identity of the data controller is PENDING — operator to supply before go-live and will be published here before it is required.

What we collect and why

When you contact us through the consultation funnel we process the contact details and enquiry details you choose to provide, solely to answer your enquiry and scope your property purchase. We do not collect data you do not submit, and we do not buy or enrich personal data from third parties.

Lawful basis

Processing is based on your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you initiated (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)/(f)). You may withdraw consent at any time by asking us to delete your data.

Retention

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, then delete it. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these, contact us through the consultation page.

Supervisory authority

If you believe your data has been mishandled you may lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).
