It counts whole buildings rather than the individual homes inside them, and it is broken down by whether the project is a new construction or other work, and by whether it is intended for family housing or another purpose. Reported for Portugal and by region and sub-region only; unlike the completions series it does not reach municipality level. It is a count, never a price.
